Cancellation Policy
If you are booking an appointment it is important that you understand and agree to our cancellation/no show/late policy. All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERRABLE $50 deposit. Your deposit goes towards your service. There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late you are marked as a "no show", deposit forfeited, and you will need to reschedule. There is a 24-hour cancellation period. Unfortunately if you cancel out of the period, you are marked as a "no show," and deposit will be forfeited. There is a 4% convenience fee for all credit card transactions.
